Half Price Licensing & Consulting has been assisting clients in the Las Vegas Valley and Nationally since 2004.  Carolyn Spoletini ACP, has owned, managed, and operated businesses in Canada and the United States. Carolyn and her team have a strong background in Licensing and Regulatory Compliance as well as investigations and HR Administration. Most recently we have added outsourced HR and Safety to our consulting offerings.
